his areas of interest. He moved to Forsyth County in 1996.
While most of his daily practice is acute illness and injury, he
believes that Preventive Medicine is the key to good health.
Preventive Medicine includes screening for disease, a healthy
lifestyle, as well as a safe workplace conducive to good health.
We are all composed of physical, mental, and spiritual aspects.
Dr. Ragan believes that in order to stay healthy it is best to
address all these areas. While he recognizes the growing
importance and acceptance of “herbal medicine”, he thinks we
should be patient with research into these areas, and will refer
patients to reputable texts on this topic. Alliance Medical
Center, P.C. and Dr. Ragan welcome the opportunity to be of
service to the citizens and employers of Forsyth County.
